How to order (from anywhere):
1. Send an order via email, the preferred method (strachan@megadisc.com.au ) Note: you can send a c/card number split up into 2 separate emails for security, a fail-safe method if you are concerned about email security; or... 2. Print and Fax this form to 61 2 9388 9995 with all details completed (faxes come directly to us in our office and are completely secure), or.. 3. Phone 61 2 9388 9994 and order direct, using your credit card. If you get our answering service, leave us your details, as well as the best time to get you, and what you’d like to order, or… 4. From North America, call the US number 415 992 5662 ( to our skypeIn service ) - leave a voicemail if you don’t find us. 5. Send your completed order form by post (see address ) enclosing your credit card details, or a cheque or money order. 6. Or… just use PayPal (see details of how to do so at the bottom). 7. Do a direct deposit to our bank account (which attracts the least in banking fees) —see details below.
Delivery of orders in Australia: · By regular registered post - this is fine for smaller or individual items. Please include $10 for post and packaging, $5 for the small items such as catalyst beads, phone tabs, toroids and pendants. We normally use this method by default, as it seems to be the most convenient and reliable. · By courier - good for all items, if required. Include $10 for courier delivery over Australia’s east coast (enquire re others), and please ensure that someone will be at the address stated to receive the package (or give us instructions for the courier). · There is no charge for delivery of orders over $350 within Australia
Delivery of orders outside Australia To keep it simple in the short term, add 20% to the cost of the order for post and packaging. We have found that this is a pretty accurate estimate with all products. If it falls short of the cost, we’ll just have to wear it. If you’d like to, however, you are welcome to email or fax us to get the cost of shipping precisely estimated. We send packages insured, by air mail. We can send by Fedex but it is costly.
